Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell peppers; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic; cook for another minute.
- Add ground turkey; break it up with a spatula and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; let spices bloom for about 2 minutes.
- Incorporate rinsed rice and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Fluff with a fork before serving; enjoy hot.
