Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes until browned; then set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and snap peas; stir-fry for approximately 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Return beef to the pan and pour in soy sauce mixture (soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar). Stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional minute or two until everything is heated through.
