Instructions

- In another bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and orange zest until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture while stirring gently.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets, allowing space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
