- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Granulated sugar
- Butter
- Eggs
- All-purpose flour
- Fresh or frozen blackberries
- Cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in cocoa powder and flour until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in an egg and sugar before gently folding in half the blackberries.
- Layer half the brownie batter in the pan, add the cream cheese mixture, then dollop remaining brownie batter on top.
- Swirl through layers with a knife and scatter remaining blackberries on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly soft. Let cool before slicing.
