- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 ½ cups fresh blackberries

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed; press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth; gradually add sugar, mixing until fluffy.
- Incorporate sour cream and vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time, blending gently after each addition.
- Fold in fresh blackberries and pour the mixture over the prepared crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
