Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick and cut into squares.
- Place shredded mozzarella in the center of each square and fold the dough over to seal.
- In a saucepan, melt butter with minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and optional parsley until fragrant.
- Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
