Cheesy Garlic Butter Bombs are irresistible bites of fluffy dough filled with gooey cheese and rich garlic butter, perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Parsley (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick and cut into squares.
  3. Place shredded mozzarella in the center of each square and fold the dough over to seal.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter with minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and optional parsley until fragrant.
  5. Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
