- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough to a ¼ inch thick rectangle on a floured surface.
- Brush melted garlic butter over the dough, then sprinkle mozzarella, herbs, and parmesan evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place slices on the baking sheet, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
