- 4 cups cauliflower florets (fresh)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup bacon bits (cooked)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Steam cauliflower florets until tender but firm, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar until smooth.
- Gently fold in steamed cauliflower.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish; top with remaining cheddar and bacon bits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with green onions.
