Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine mozzarella and Parmesan until well mixed.
- Add eggs and stir until the mixture holds together.
- Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper; mix until evenly distributed.
- Form small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
