- Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Pepperoni Slices
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
- Marinara Sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Let store-bought dough sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Roll out dough into 3-inch circles. Place one slice of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella in the center of each circle.
- Fold edges over filling and pinch closed tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
