Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs in spices for at least an hour.
- Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixed with baking powder.
- Fry chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side), then drain on paper towels.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, milk, eggs, and melted butter for the waffle batter.
- Cook waffles in a preheated iron until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Serve chicken on waffles drizzled with maple syrup.
