- Chocolate Graham Cracker Crumbs

- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Baileys Irish Cream
- Eggs
- Sour Cream
- Semi-Sweet or Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until slightly firm. Allow it to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Add Baileys and eggs, one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Fold in sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for 50–60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
