Ingredients

  • Chocolate Graham Cracker Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until slightly firm. Allow it to cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. Add Baileys and eggs, one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Fold in sour cream until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for 50–60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
