Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Lower heat, add boursin cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Mix in the drained pasta, adding reserved pasta water as necessary for creaminess.
- Stir in grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
