Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and then add Parmesan until melted.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Transfer to the baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
