- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and chicken broth until smooth; set aside some mixture for later.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the creamy ranch sauce over them evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Drizzle reserved sauce over the top before serving.
