- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top.
- In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- In another bowl, coat chicken wings with olive oil. Sprinkle the dry rub over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
