- 1 medium cauliflower head (about 2–3 cups florets)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- Vegetable oil for frying (about 1/4 inch deep)
Instructions
- Rinse the cauliflower under cold water and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour (flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt), one with beaten eggs, and another with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each floret in the flour, then the egg, followed by coating it in breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the coated florets in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels and keep warm in the oven at 200°F until ready to serve.
