- 12 wonton wrappers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 fresh jalapenos, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking oil and press each wonton wrapper into the slots to form cups.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, bacon bits, and green onions until well blended.
- Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup until generously filled.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
