Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them into even sticks, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato sticks with olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the fries in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
