- 20 Mint Oreos (crushed)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 tsp mint extract
- chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Mint Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and mint extract until fully incorporated.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly and smooth it out.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight for best flavor melding.
- Once chilled, cut into squares and serve cold. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
