  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Crush the Oreos in a food processor; mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes; let cool.
  4. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar.
  5. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until silky.
  6. Fold in chopped Oreos, then pour filling over the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
