- 24 Oreo cookies
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Optional: cocoa powder for extra flavor
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor; mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes; let cool.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar.
- Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until silky.
- Fold in chopped Oreos, then pour filling over the cooled crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
- Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
