- All-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, espresso powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until creamy. Gradually mix with dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold in mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar.
- Frost cooled cupcakes with the mascarpone mixture and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
