- 4 pieces airline chicken breasts (skin-on, bone-in)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Place seasoned chicken in a roasting pan, skin side up.
- Roast for approximately 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
