- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a tall glass or bowl, add half a cup of Greek yogurt as the first layer.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the yogurt.
- Layer with fresh berries, followed by a sprinkle of granola.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass.
- Finish with chia seeds if desired.
