Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken pieces; cook until golden on all sides.
- Incorporate tomatoes, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt. Simmer gently.
- Gradually stir in heavy cream and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
