Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
- Stir in garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix in half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
- In a bowl, combine Bisquick mix with milk until smooth; fold gently.
- Pour the beef mixture into the baking dish and dollop the biscuit batter on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before serving.
