- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup croutons
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chopped lettuce and toss gently until coated.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the dressed lettuce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add croutons before serving.
