- 1 lb ground chicken
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- Dumpling wrappers (about 30)
- Low-sodium soy sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Place one tablespoon of filling onto the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Arrange potstickers in a single layer and cook until golden brown on one side (about 3 minutes).
- Add half a cup of water to the skillet, cover immediately, and steam for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with soy sauce or your preferred dipping sauce.
