Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups are a mouthwatering breakfast delight, perfectly crispy outside and gooey inside, combining the best of cinnamon rolls and French toast for a treat everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices brioche or challah bread
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Trim the crusts from the bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon mixture on each slice and roll tightly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until frothy.
  5. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Dip each roll in the egg mixture, then cook until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
