Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping onions and mincing garlic.
- Sear seasoned chicken breasts in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions until soft; add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in rice until coated with the onion mixture. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil while scraping the skillet's bottom.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream to create a creamy sauce.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
