Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
- Season steak cubes generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear the steak cubes in batches for about 2 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat to low, add minced garlic and butter, stirring until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Toss cooked steak in the garlic butter sauce and serve immediately.
