- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash cauliflower florets under cool water and pat them dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add cauliflower florets and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving hot.
