Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chopped parsley, basil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate for at least one hour (overnight for best results).
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- Grill or bake the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Allow resting for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
