- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare your grill by preheating it to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) and lightly oiling the grates.
- Husk the corn completely, removing all silk and rinsing under cold water.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter with smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Place corn cobs directly on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and generously coat with spiced butter while hot.
- Serve immediately on a platter for everyone to enjoy!
