- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté the diced onions and garlic until golden.
- Increase the heat slightly and crumble in the ground beef; cook until browned.
- Stir in the chopped bell peppers and diced tomatoes until softened.
- Add uncooked rice and beef broth; mix well.
- Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
- Let sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
