Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Gradually add olive oil while whisking until smooth.
- Chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Toss with half of the dressing until evenly coated.
- Slice grilled chicken and add to the greens along with croutons and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle additional dressing as desired.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and freshness.
