- 4 salmon fillets (skin on)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the honey glaze.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle any remaining glaze over the cooked salmon before serving.
