Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice and zest.
- Pat cod fillets dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle the lemon butter mixture over the cod fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
