Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Warm milk slightly; blend in melted butter and eggs with the dry ingredients until smooth.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Roll out the dough to half an inch thick and cut into squares.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat; fry dough squares until golden brown on both sides.
