Instructions

- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In the skillet, stir in chopped jalapeños and garlic powder; cook until fragrant.
- Gradually add softened cream cheese and reserved pasta water, stirring until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat, fold in grated Parmesan cheese, and serve garnished with sliced green onions.
