- Penne or fusilli pasta
- Large fresh shrimp

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté for one minute.
- Add shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until pink (3-4 minutes).
- Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and half of the Parmesan cheese; mix with cooked pasta until well combined.
- Transfer to the baking dish, top with remaining Parmesan and parsley, then bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
