Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 sturdy bread rolls (French or Italian)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Sauté garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant but not browned (about 1-2 minutes).
- 3. Combine ingredients: Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Mix spaghetti with the garlic-butter mixture.
- 4. Prepare bread bowls: Slice each bread roll in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the inside.
- 5. Fill and bake: Spoon the spaghetti mixture into each hollowed-out bread bowl. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
