Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the bell peppers by slicing off the tops and removing seeds.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and any preferred spices.
- Fill each pepper with the turkey mixture; top with cheese if desired.
- Place filled peppers in the baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for about 30 minutes; uncover for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender.
