- 2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring (various colors)
- Optional toppings: sprinkles or nuts
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- Divide the mixture into bowls and add food coloring to each, mixing until desired colors are achieved.
- Layer the fudge by pouring one color into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Repeat with additional colors for a striped effect.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours until firm. Slice into squares and serve.
