Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Divide the mixture into bowls and add food coloring to each, mixing until desired colors are achieved.
