  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Colorful sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Crush animal cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs until resembling wet sand. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and sour cream; mix until fluffy.
  5. Incorporate vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake for 60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave cheesecake inside with the door ajar for an hour to cool.
  8. After cooling (about 4 hours), whip heavy cream to soft peaks, spread over cheesecake, and top with sprinkles.
