Instructions
- Zest and juice the lemons, setting both aside.
- In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest, juice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually sift in powdered sugar until you achieve a thick dough-like consistency.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Melt white chocolate in intervals until smooth and dip each truffle in it.
- Set coated truffles back on parchment to cool and harden.
