Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the whole milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a bit of cold milk until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the warm milk while stirring continuously.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in pure rose water.
  5. Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  6. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
