- 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter.
- Peel and chop the mangoes into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey or sugar, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately, garnished with crushed pistachios or mint leaves.
