Instructions
- In a bowl, combine drained tuna with chopped lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and gently fold to combine.
- Lay out the tortillas and fill each with the tuna salad; roll tightly.
