Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Pizza sauce (for dipping)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Roll out pizza dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and one or two pepperoni slices in the center of each square.
- Fold over to form a triangle and press edges to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray each roll with olive oil and arrange them in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
